1973 Ernst Heinrich Roth VIIR 16” Viola

This highly respected violin shop began in Markneukirchen, Germany in 1902 by Ernst Heinrich Roth.

This marvelous instrument has fluted f holes, an Ebony ring on the heel of the neck, original Ebony pegs, tailpiece and hard shell case. It has a fine grain Spruce Soundboard and highly flamed Maple back and sides, not to mention the very complete scroll.

The instrument is branded on the inside of the back.

This has a New Deluxe Aubert Bridge mounted on it.

This 40 plus year old viola has been well developed in its volume, depth of tone and resonance and it is in great condition, no cracks or repairs.

I have offered 100% trade in value for 25 years. $200-$400-$800-$1,600, etc. Come back at any unlimited time and spend 100% or more on your next purchase and not be over invested, provided first violin, viola or cello is returned with nothing more than normal wear. Some violin shops only offer 2/3 trade in value, don't buy a $4,500 instrument and accept $3,000 trade in there, shop here, where your purchase is always like stock in a future acquisition. The 100% trade in is written on your receipt, as it has been since the 1980's.

My Classical, Flamenco Guitar and Violin Shop is located at 1645 S. Bascom Ave. Suite 1-B in the Bel Gato Center across the street from the Whole Foods Supermarket in Campbell.
It's just two lights off Hwy 17 at Hamilton Ave. exit. Exit the freeway and drive east to Bascom Ave. Turn right, and 100 feet later the third driveway is where you enter.
